Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum launched a rating system for all government service centres. Classifications of all government service centres will be based on service quality, hospitality and delivery time. Each government service centre will display its star rating on a sign at the entrance, and external audits will assure objectivity. Every customer has the right to know the level of service of each centre. Every manager needs to compare his or her services to other providers.
